Shipping policy

Velveranda ships to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Most orders arrive 7–20 business days after they are placed.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.

Delivery time. Our products ship directly from our partner warehouses, so delivery times vary by item. The estimates below are counted from the day your order ships.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather and peak seasons can add time.

Multiple items. Items in one order may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days. You are not charged extra shipping for this.

Tracking. Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement after you receive it.

Customs, duties and taxes. Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please check your address before ordering. We can change an address only before the order ships. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and a new shipping fee may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels. If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us at cavelliergroup@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged on arrival. Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item. See our Refund & Return Policy.

Bulk orders. Large orders may ship in several consignments. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a fixed date.
