Color-Your-Own Blanket with 24 Markers

Turn a cozy evening into an art project with the Color-Your-Own Blanket from Velveranda. The soft fleece throw is printed edge to edge with black-and-white line art, like a giant coloring book page, and it comes with 24 markers so you can start filling it in the moment it arrives.

Color a little at a time on the sofa, spread it out on the floor for a family afternoon, or bring it out at a sleepover or birthday party. When you are done for the day, it is still a warm throw for the couch or the end of a bed. Choose from nine designs: Flowers, Camping, Sci-Fi, Bakery, Food, Fruit, Cat & Mouse, Monsters and Celestial. At about 156 x 125 cm (61 x 49 in), there is plenty of room for more than one person to color at once.

Lay the blanket flat on a hard surface and put cardboard or paper underneath while coloring, as ink can pass through fabric. Let the ink dry fully before using or folding the blanket. The blanket is described by the maker as washable so it can be colored again; how much color washes out depends on the ink and the wash, so some may remain, and it is best washed separately the first time. Markers contain small caps and are not suitable for children under 3; adult supervision is recommended for younger children. It makes a thoughtful gift for crafters, kids, teens and anyone who finds coloring relaxing.
